Film Hire at The Larder

The team at each of our Larder cafés is experienced in hosting film shoots, green rooms and crew bases.

Our standard weekday tariff at the Larder in Wanstead for exclusive hire with one staff member for building security:

Short day – 8 hours (from first access to final exit of the premises) – £1,500
Full day – 11 hours – £1,850
Extended day – 14 hours from 8am – 10pm – £2,100

To be fully staffed, with one barista, one chef and one assistant add £300, plus the cost of any chosen catering, whilst for a barista only please add £100, which includes complimentary welcome hot drinks.  For the rest of the day tea/coffee, cold-drinks and snack service can be offered to order and pay-as-you-go or ‘all-inclusive and free-flowing’ for a fixed fee.

For non-exclusive use, with your crew taking maximum one-quarter of the seating space the charge would be 40% of the above rates, and staff would obviously be present at no extra cost.

Our standard weekday tariff at the Larder at Butler’s Retreat, for hire of our upstairs room only (34 seats) is £750 for an 8 hour day, £900 for 11 hours or £1,050 for an extended day.

We require a £250 refundable deposit on all bookings. Weekend days are also available at double tariff.
